Papaya, or Paipai is an incredibly healthy fruits that is mostly grown in the tropical regions.
The tropical fruit is high in vitamin C and antioxidants, and certain compounds found in the fruit may have anti-aging, anticancer and may improve heart health, among other benefits.

Experts believe the fruit has a compound called Lycopene which can reduce cancer risk and may also be beneficial for people who are being treated for cancer.
